Class 1A Girls Race

Alta-Aurelia girls team placed 6th with 178 points (Earlham was 1st with 101) and were led by Nora Peterson who placed 3rd in a time of 19:02 which was 23 seconds behind the winner. Taylor Robertson was 52nd in 21:02, Breyer Anderson was 59th in 21:17, Hayden Berkland placed 79th in 21:37, Brielle Engelmann finished 110th in 22:39, Joelle Robertson was 133rd in 24:13, and Lainey Buckendahl was 148th in 25:55.

Sioux Central’s Linnea Bloom placed 39th in 20:41

Ridge View’s Jaycie Vohs was 58th in 21:16

Manson Northwest Webster’s Alyssa Richman placed 7th in 19:24 and Preslie Oswald was 36th in 20:40

Class 2A Girls Race

Pocahontas Area’s Kristin Axman was 79th in 21:23.

South Central Calhoun’s Chloe Judisch placed 20th in a time of 20:15. Her teammate Iris Melody was 49th in 20:58.

Cherokee’s team finished 9th out of 15 teams. They were led by Megan Courtright who was 46th in a time of 20:56.

Class 2A Boys Race

East Sac County’s Parker Engel placed 57th in 17:43, and Landon Sporrer was 78th in 18:13.

Class 1A Boys Race

Sioux Central placed 15th out of 16 teams. For the Rebels, Jack Christian was 80th in 18:07, Leighton Sippel was 88th in 18:19, Brayden Kramber finished 99th in 18:30, Joshua Hoffman placed 119th in 19:04, Nathan Kueny was 140th in 20:05, and Alex Kueny placed 146th in 20:26.

Alta-Aurelia’s Braden Sonksen was 75th in 18:04

Manson Northwest Webster’s Lane Moline finished 82nd in 18:10
