According to court documents, a woman accused of arranging prostitution involving minors earlier this year was charged on Thursday, June 12.
40-year-old Amanda Goff of Britt, Iowa faces seven charges in connection with an incident in Sac City: One count of Kidnapping in the First Degree; Two counts of Pandering Involving a Minor; Two counts of Solicitation of Commercial Sexual Activity; and Two counts of Lascivious Acts with a Child.
The charges originate from an incident that took place in January 2025. Documents reveal that Goff helped coerce and arrange for two minors to enter a Sac City home with the intent for them to engage in prostitution with men. In court documents, authorities say Goff pressured the minors, provided alcohol to impair their resistance and promised material rewards for compliance.
At one point, authorities say one of the minors was “confined” to the Sac City home.
