Two people were arrested on multiple charges after a search warrant was executed last week at an apartment in Spencer.
According to the Spencer Police Department, officers were called to one of the apartments at 110 4th Street SE last Thursday, June 1st regarding the smell of marijuana coming from the unit. Officers were able to execute a search warrant upon arrival.
27-year-old Ashley Bosler of Spencer (pictured above) was charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm, a class D felony…Child Endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor…2nd Offense Possession of a Controlled Substance, a serious misdemeanor…and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
28-year-old Brighton Jones of Spencer (pictured below) was charged with 2nd Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle Under The Influence and Child Endangerment, both aggravated misdemeanors…2nd Offense Possession of a Controlled Substance, a serious misdemeanor…and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
