A Storm Lake man was arrested last weekend in connection to an alleged burglary incident.
According to the Storm Lake Police Department, at approximately 1:20 Sunday afternoon, officers responded to a report of a residential burglary at the apartment building at 1409 North Seneca Street. The victim claimed that entry was gained into the residence without permission, and multiple items were stolen. During the investigation, officers took 43-year-old Apollo Price of Storm Lake into custody.
Price was charged with 3rd Degree Burglary, a class D felony. He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a five-thousand dollar bond.
