State Auditor Releases Pocahontas County Reports

State Auditor Rob Sand today (Mon) released two reports related to Pocahontas County.

According to the report, Pocahontas County revenues for the year ended June 30th, 2024 totaled 19.2 million dollars, a 3.1 percent increase. Expenses for county operations totaled 16.1 million dollars, a decrease of less than one percent.

Sand also released an examination engagement report on Compliance for the U.S Department of Treasury Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Program Requirements for an Alternative Compliance Examination Engagement on Pocahontas for the year ended June 30th, 2024. The report disclosed no findings pertaining to the program.
