A Northwest Iowa man was arrested on several child pornography charges.
On Thursday, July 3, at 11:25 a.m., 24-year-old Jesus Aranda-Martinez of Rock Valley, Iowa, was arrested, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest originates from information received through the Iowa Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that he downloaded the material.
According to the sheriff’s office, upon further investigation, a search warrant was performed at Aranda-Martinez’s home, where officers reportedly found material in his possession.
He was booked into the Sioux County Jail, where he’s currently being held without bond.
A date for his first court appearance has not been set.
