The LifeServe Blood Center is urging local residents to give blood during this St. Patrick’s Day season.
A LifeServe blood drive is scheduled for Friday, March 15th from 9am to 1pm at the United Methodist Church at 211 East 3rd Street in Storm Lake. A donation appointment can be scheduled online at www.lifeservebloodcenter.org or by calling 800-287-4903.
The LifeServe Blood Center is one of the 15 largest blood centers in the country. LifeServe provides blood products to 161 hospitals primarily in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, which includes the Buena Vista Regional Medical Center.
