A Lake View man has been arrested after being accused of committing sex acts with a minor.
According to the Sac County Sheriff’s Office, detectives investigated alleged sexual assaults on a female juvenile. The alleged incidents occurred at a home in Early in 2015, and were reported to the sheriff’s office in August of last year.
The female identified her attacker as 46-year-old William Gerard Biller Jr. of Lake View. Biller was charged with three counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, three counts of Lascivious Acts With a Child, and one count of Indecent Contact With a Child.
Biller was reportedly aware of the ongoing investigation, and turned himself in to law enforcement today (Tues). He is currently being held in the Sac County Jail without bond.
