The 2025 Star Spangled Spectacular, with a theme of “Celebrate Freedom, Feel the Vibe in 2025!” is still accepting donations as the fundraising committee enters its final week of their annual campaign. With a goal of $45,000, co-chairs JoshNewhouse and Matt Brostad are still looking for over $18,000 to meet their budget. Donation checks can be made out to Star Spangled Spectacular and sent to:

A favorite Northwest Iowa tradition, Storm Lake’s annual Star Spangled Spectacular celebrates Independence Day along the City’s beautiful shores. The family-friendly event is held July 3-4 and welcomes fresh entertainment and returning favorites such as The Big Parade, food and shopping vendors, a classic Car Cruise, the Ride-Run, fireworks, a Patriotic Ceremony, a Kiddie Parade, and more.
