Two local businesses are among the top five finalists in the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation’s “Big IDEA” challenge.
Two weeks of public voting were held. The finalists include Fuller Radiance LLC and Cody Fuller…and Outlaw Kicks and Cayden Fischer.
The finalists will compete in an in-person pitch competition on Tuesday, April 1st. Pitches will be judged by a panel of business professionals and business owners from across the Corridor’s four-county region.
The “Big IDEA” challenge is a program designed to support the Innovative Development of businesses through Empowering entrepreneurs and accelerating small business growth. The challenge allows entrepreneurs the chance to submit their dreams to start or expand their business, then encourage friends, family, and customers to vote for them online. Public votes account for ten percent of scoring in the final in-person pitch competition, with ten thousand dollars in prize money to be awarded.
