A Marathon man was charged following an alleged domestic disturbance last week near Emmetsburg.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, the alleged incident happened at approximately 8:10am Thursday in the 36 hundred block of 410th Avenue. 43-year-old Jeremy Rink was charged with 1st Offense Domestic Abuse Assault Bodily Injury. Rink was transferred to Palo Alto County after being located by Buena Vista County deputies. He was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office.
