A boil advisory was issued this (Wed) morning for the City of Ida Grove.
The City is expecting water pressure to return to normal early this afternoon. The City anticipates sediment and discolored water in the lines. Residents are advised to flush their outside spigot or run water in their bathtub until it’s clear. The City is unsure of the timeline for the boil advisory and when it might be lifted due to test results from the lab.
The Battle Creek Fire Department has donated water to Ida Grove. Drinking water can be obtained at Ida Grove City Hall.
