Two men were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop this past weekend in Clay County.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy stopped a vehicle at around 12:25am last Saturday, December 16th. The deputy reported the smell of marijuana emanating from the vehicle as he made contact with the occupants.
23-year-old Cameron Reich of Spencer was charged with 3rd Offense Possession of a Controlled Substance. 28-year-old Devin Mitchell of Emmetsburg was charged with 1st Offense Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Reich and Mitchell were both booked into the Clay County Jail. They have since been released on bond.
