Citizens First National Bank Foundation Donates to SL STEM Programs

Citizens First National Bank Foundation has donated $10,000 to Storm Lake Elementary School students for the fourth consecutive year for the STEM Programs.

The donation helps students learn the valuable skill of coding, which is critical to jobs across an increasing number of industries. Coding is a key component of the Storm Lake school district’s overall science, technology, engineering, and math programming.

Superintendent Stacey Cole thanked Citizens First National Bank Foundation for their continued support saying, “This amazing supports assist our educators as they continue to innovate in the ways they deliver STEM experiences to our students.”

Citizens First National Bank Foundation is a Storm Lake-based nonprofit organization that provides grants and contributions in programs, causes and educational initiatives throughout the community.
