The Storm Lake girls tennis team hosted the 2025 Lakes Conference tennis tournament Wednesday. For the Tornadoes Bri Orth and Sofia Gonzalez both placed 5th in singles play. Anahi Castillo and Abril Torres placed 3rd in #2 doubles while Nailea Lopez and Emma Dierking placed 4th in #1 doubles
The boys tourney was held at Spirit Lake…. Sebastian Cortez finished 4th in #1 singles, Landon Moore finished 5th in #2 singles.
#1 doubles team of Grant Hansgaard-Kell and Gabe Murray finished 5th.
The Spirit Lake-Okoboji teams swept the team titles.
