Kennadie Miller went 3-for-3 and smashed a grand slam that capped off a six-run 4th inning and the Storm Lake softball team beat Pocahontas Area 10-0 in four innings Tuesday night at Pocahontas.
The Tornadoes plated three runs on three hits in the first inning, added another run in the 3rd, and send 11 batters to the plate in the 4th inning.
Avery DeHaan picked up the win giving up three hits while striking out seven. Storm Lake is now 9-2 and will play again Thursday at Cherokee.
