Tornado Basketball Teams Split With ELC

Hayley Stokes scored a game high 35 points leading the E-L-C girls to a 52-33 win Friday night at Tornado Fieldhouse. Maddy Raveling and Adeeya Yanga led Storm Lake scoring 11 points each. The Tornadoes fall to 4-3 overall and 0-3 in the Lakes Conference while E-L-C improves to 8-2 on the year. Click below to hear from Tornado coach Nate Reichter.

The Storm Lake boys team buried E-L-C 68-34 to improve to 5-0 on the year. Jaidyn Coon had six dunks and led a balanced scoring attack with 12 points. David William had eleven points and Tim Yanga and Trey Boettcher each scored ten. Storm Lake had eight dunks in the game.
