The Storm Lake track and field teams were in Orange City for the MOC Floyd Valley Dutch Relays. The Storm Lake boys finished 6th with 45 points. Joel Ramirez-Parra was 2nd in the 1600 in 4:50 and the 3200 in 10:36. Garbieno Weno was 2nd in the 100 in 11.42 and he finished 2nd in the 200 in 22.89
The Tornado girls placed 5th with 57 points. Mckenzie Harder won the long jump with a leap of 18-8 1/2 she also placed 2nd in the 100 in 12.43, the 200 in 25.96 and the 400 in 1:02
