Storm Lake 11, Cherokee 0 (5) WP-Avery DeHaan tossed a 3-hitter and struck out 11 batters. DeHaan and Hailey Anderson both had three hits with 3RBI, and Mackenzie Harder also had three hits with one RBI. Tornadoes had 15 hits total. Storm Lake, now 19-3 overall, will host Sioux City-West Tuesday at 5pm for a varsity double-header.

Storm Lake 4, Cherokee 3 WP-Carson Lullmann 7IP allowed nine hits and two earned runs while striking out seven and walking three. Jake Eddie had three of the Tornadoes seven hits. Brody Boeckman delivered a two-out 2-run single in a three run 3rd inning. Tornadoes are now 19-6 overall.

Newell-Fonda 9, Ridge View 0 WP-Brooks Bellcock threw four innings and allowed only two hits while striking out six. Mason Dicks homered and drove in four runs. Mustangs are now 18-5 on the year. Raptors fall to 12-7 overall.
