The Ridge View boys basketball team posted a second consecutive convincing win Thursday, as they downed Alta Aurelia 68-19 in Holstein.
Neither team scored for more than the first half of the opening quarter. The Raptors tallied the first eight points of the game, and led 14-4 after eight minutes, 53-14 at the half, and the 35-point running clock went into effect with 5:40 left in the 3rd.
Adam Stephan led three Raptors in double figures with 18, followed by Kellen Jensen’s 14, and Carson Harriman had 13. Camden Reinert had 5 points for the Warriors, as they fell in their season opener.
The Alta Aurelia girls and boys host Storm Lake St. Mary’s tonight (Fri) starting at 6pm. The doubleheader will be broadcast on 92.9FM KKIA.
The Ridge View teams host Lawton Bronson tonight (Fri).
