GTRA batted around the order in a five run 5th inning and went on to beat Saint Mary’s 10-3 in a 1A regional tournament game played Monday at Ruthven.
The Panthers scored two runs in the top of the 4th inning to tie the game at 3-3. Chelsey Gibbins had two of the Panthers seven hits. Neely Bacon struck out 10 batters and gave up eight hits in the circle.
The Panthers finish the year with a record of 2-15.
