There will be a new opening act for the Clay County Fair grandstand event on Thursday, September 12th.
Dustin Evans and the Good Times Band will be the special guest for Justin Moore’s show at the fair. The original opening act, War Hippies, is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances.
