The 70th annual Black Hawk Lake Summer Water Carnival is happening NEXT weekend.
The event in Lake View will be Friday through Sunday July 14th through the 16th. The theme this year is “Peace, Love, and Party.” Activities will be available for every age level.
A couple of the Friday events include the Kiddie Parade at 7pm, and fireworks show after dark. Several events are planned Saturday, July 15th such as a 5K Road Race/Walk, Street Parade, and Parade of Water Floats after dark. The final day will include the annual Mud Volleyball Tournament, Little Miss Black Hawk Pageant, and Bill Riley Talent Show.
