The Storm Lake RAGBRAI theme and logo have been unveiled, and they are a nod to the early days of the bike ride.
The unveiling took place at a Storm Lake United Business After Hours event today (Tues) at King’s Pointe Waterpark Resort. The local RAGBRAI theme is “Have a Nice Ride,” which was inspired by the popular 1970’s “Have a Nice Day” phrase and accompanying smiley face. The logo, which was designed by local artist Jennifer Felton, includes a smiley face. The logo also includes water to incorporate one of Storm Lake’s notable attractions, as well as bike parts and accessories.

Bike riders will come to Storm Lake from Sioux City throughout the day on Sunday, July 23rd, and will depart for Carroll the following morning.
