Storm Lake City Hall will be closed this coming Tuesday through Friday…October 4th through the 7th…due to building renovations.
City staff will still be available to call during the renovation period at 732-8000. City Communications Coordinator Dana Larsen says the entry to the building will be kept open this coming Monday so people can attend the city council meeting, but the front desk will not be open Monday. The entire building will be closed Tuesday through Friday for painting and carpeting work.
A temporary utility payment station will be available during those days at the Storm Lake Public Library telecommunications room from 9am to noon, and 1 to 4pm. A drop box will also be available at the library. Residents can also use all of the other city payment options, including the drop box at the entry of the City Hall parking lot, by phone at 732-8000 with a credit card, online at www.stormlake.org, or via BillPay.
