Iowa Central Community College Recognized as Top Workplace

Iowa Central Community College has been named one of the top workplaces in Iowa for large companies employing more than five-hundred people.

Iowa Central Community College is based in Fort Dodge, with additional campuses in Storm Lake and Webster City. They also have a few career academies locations, including in Laurens.

Iowa Central employs more than one-thousand faculty and staff. One out of 27 jobs in the college’s nine-county service region are impacted by Iowa Central’s activities, students, or graduates. Iowa Central serves communities in counties including Buena Vista, Calhoun, Pocahontas, and Sac.

Winners of top workplace recognition are determined through a third-party employee survey conducted by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous employee survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, connection, and more.

Iowa employers were recognized in a special ceremony in West Des Moines last Wednesday, September 21st.
