The Buena Vista Regional Medical Center has received the American Heart Association’s Mission Lifeline EMS Gold Achievement Award.
BVRMC was given the honor for their commitment to offer rapid and research-based care to people that experience the most severe forms of heart attacks, thus saving lives. The achievement award is earned by demonstrating how organizations are committed to treat patients according to the most recent up-to-date research-based practices as outlined by the American Heart Association.
Mission Lifeline is the American Heart Association’s national initiative that helps reduce barriers to prompt treatment for heart attacks.
