An arrest has been made in a Clay County sexual abuse case that dates back to 2016.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, 56-year-old Stacy Baas of Rossie was arrested Friday. He was charged with 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse, Lascivious Acts with a Child, and Indecent Contact with a Child. Baas was booked into the Clay County jail.
Authorities say the incident has been the source of an ongoing investigation since it was reported back in December of 2021.
