Royal Man Arrested for Violation of No-Contact Order After Being Pulled Over for Speeding

A Royal man was charged with violating a no-contact order after being pulled over for speeding.
According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, 24-year-old Dakota Kurth was pulled over last Wednesday, August 25th at around 6pm in the 17-hundred mile of County Road B-40 near Royal. Kurth was allegedly driving in excess of 105 miles per hour on the county road.
Following an investigation, it was determined that Kurth had a valid Clay County No-Contact Order with a woman who was located inside the vehicle. Kurth was arrested and transported to the Clay County Jail, where he was charged with Violation of a No-Contact Order. Kurth was also issued a citation for speeding.
