On June 17th, 2021, at approximately 2:10pm, at 518 Expansion Blvd. in Storm Lake, a vehicle owned by Jesus Tapia Lara of Storm Lake, was struck by an unknown vehicle. Total damages were estimated at $1500.
On June 15th, 2021, at approximately 2:58pm, in the 200 blk of E. Milwaukee in Storm Lake, a vehicle driven by Nicholas Snyder of Nemaha, was involved in an accident with a vehicle driven by Casey Lichtenberg of Alta. The two vehicles collided causing total damages estimated at $3,500.
On June 14th, 2021, at approximately 12:11pm, at Expansion Blvd. and Violet Lane in Storm Lake, a vehicle driven by David Peters of Schaller, struck a vehicle owned by Alan Slight of Storm Lake. Total damages were estimated at $2000.
On June 14th, 2021, at approximately 3:28am, at 1801 E. Lakeshore Dr. in Storm Lake, a vehicle driven by Peter Elwise of Storm Lake, struck a retaining wall owned by Storm Lake Cemetery. Total damages were estimated at $21,000. Elwise was cited for Striking Fixtures Upon A Highway.
On June 11th, 2021, at approximately 5:10am, at the intersection of Flindt Road and Hudson St. in Storm Lake, a vehicle driven by Edmundo Vite Ramirez of Storm Lake, struck a deer. Total damages were estimated at $1200.
