Storm Lake Police Arrest Denison Woman on Several Drug-Related Charges

A Denison woman was arrested on several drug-related charges after Storm Lake Police located a wanted person in the 200 block of West Milwaukee Avenue last Wednesday afternoon.
The woman, identified as 36-year-old Nikki Segebart, was wanted on two felony warrants out of Pottawattamie County charging her with Violation of Probation Reference Controlled Substance Violation,1st Degree Theft. Police further allege that Segebart was in possession of approximately a half ounce of crystal methamphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia.
Segebart was transported to the Buena Vista County Jail, where she was booked on the Pottawattamie County warrants, and additionally charged with Controlled Substance Violation, a Class B Felony...Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, a Class D Felony...and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Segebart was held on a 25-thousand dollar bond.
The Storm Lake Police Department was assisted by the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Department.
