SLSM Student Council Donates to Families
November 25, 2020 10:37am
Storm Lake St. Mary’s families have a special reason to be thankful, thanks to the support of a generous donor.
On Monday, all St. Mary’s staff and families received a gift of either a ham or a turkey to share with their families on Thanksgiving. Families lined up around the block of Seneca Street as members of the High School Student Council handed them their special gift.
“This has been a hard year and I think we could all use some positivity, so I was excited to help the parents of the students and staff. It’s a good feeling,” states Logan Merten, junior at St. Mary’s.
