The number of COVID-19 hospitalizations in Iowa is currently at 1,333
COVID-19 patients in ICU are down 13 to 273. There are 135 patients on ventilators.
In the northwest Iowa region, COVID-19 hospitalizations is at 274, which is an increase of 7 since yesterday.
There were over 14-hundred more positive cases confirmed from 10am Sunday to 10am today (Mon) to bring the Iowa total over 211-thousand.
There have been 5 more cases confirmed in Buena Vista County, putting the county's total at 2902.
There are now five active cases on the Buena Vista University campus, according to the BVU website.
12 additional deaths in last 24 hours. 2,205 Iowans have now died of COVID. There are currently 120 long term care facility outbreaks.
Over 116-thousand of the Iowa cases have recovered.
