Alceco to Fully Acquire Ag Partners

Alceco, an Iowa Cooperative based in Albert City, has signed a letter of intent to acquire full ownership of Ag Partners on or around July 31st.
Ag Partners has been a joint venture between Alceco and Cargill since its formation in 1997.
Ag Partners provides products, services, and market access in the areas of grain, agronomy, feed, and petroleum. They have 18 locations in Iowa, including Albert City, Alta, Fonda, Nemaha, and Newell.
