Man Believed to be Material Witness in Double-Murder Located in Arthur

Authorities have located a man in Ida County that is believed to be a material witness in a double murder last week in Fort Dodge
22-year-old Darryll Jones was taken into custody by the Iowa State Patrol tactical team in Arthur on Wednesday afternoon.
In the early morning hours of June 16th, Fort Dodge police were called to the 900 block of 10th Avenue Southwest on a report of a person suffering from gunshot wounds.
25-year-old Jamael Cox and 47-year-old Tyrone Cunningham were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two women were wounded by gunshots. They were treated at area hospitals and released.
No one has been arrested or charged in the case, according to Fort Dodge Police.
