MORNING HOURS.

* WINDS…NORTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH WILL
GRADUALLY DECREASE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS.

* IMPACTS…AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES BELOW
