Police allege they detected the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. One occupant… 19-year-old Saydie Grier of Storm Lake… was wanted by Buena Vista County for failure to appear in court on a third-degree theft charge. She was arrested on a two-thousand dollar bond.
Police allege 21-year-old Lavonte McCullough of Storm Lake refused officers instructions. He was assisted out of the vehicle and taken into custody. McCullough was charged with interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor… and jailed on a 300-dollar bond.
Police say additional charges are pending.
