Domestic Disturbance Arrest

A Storm Lake man was arrested early Friday morning after police were dispatched to 430 Seneca Street to investigate a domestic disturbance.
Officers were told 26-year-old Michael Neior of Storm Lake had allegedly been arguing with his wife for two days. Police were told Neior had physically assaulted his wife by biting her on her arm during an argument. The victim received minor injuries which did not require medical attention.
Neior was charged with domestic assault causing injury, a serious misdemeanor. He was held in jail without bond.
