Pomeroy Homicide Arrest

A 48-year-old Pomeroy man has been charged with murder in connection with a shooting death in Pomeroy earlier this month.
Forty-one-year-old Dale Currie Potter of Devils Lake, North Dakota, was found shot to death in Pomeroy shortly after two a-m on Tuesday, November 10th. Late Wednesday, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office announced 48-year-old Freddy Crisp of Pomeroy had been arrested and charged with Potter’s murder.
Crisp was arrested by the Iowa DCI and charged with first-degree murder. Crisp was taken to the Sac County Jail, where he’s being held without bond.
