Feauto Pleads Guilty; Sentencing Dec. 14

A Clarksville teen… charged with vehicular homicide in Sac County… has pleaded guilty and will be sentenced next month.
Eighteen-year-old Trevor Ray Feauto was 17 at the time of his arrest in August of last year… but was charged as an adult. He was charged with two counts of homicide by vehicle, a class “B” felony. This week in Sac County District Court he pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular homicide, reckless driving, a class “C” felony. He faces up to ten years in prison on each count and fines of up to ten-thousand dollars when he is sentenced on December 14th.
Feauto was driving a pickup which collided with a car driven by 16-year-old Bailey Jacobsen. She and her 16-year-old passenger, Lindsey Quirk, were killed. A report from the DCI Crime Lab shows Feauto’s blood alcohol level was 0.133 percent, above the limit of .02.
In July, 21-year-old Matthias Stork of Breda was sentenced to 45 days in jail for supplying alcohol to Feauto.
