Chloe Troshynski buried six 3-pointers including three in a four minute stretch in the 4th quarter fueling Manson Northwest Webster to a 50-48 win over visiting Alta-Aurelia in a class 2A regional opener Saturday night at Manson.

Troshynski made back to back three pointers turning a three point deficit into a 43-40 Cougars lead with 4:17 to play.  With the game tied at 44 and under two minutes to play she would make her last trey that put the Cougars ahead for good.

Baily Kenyon added ten points for Manson as the Cougars improve to 5-16 and move on the play at 14th ranked Emmetsburg Tuesday night.

The Warriors were led by Brielle Engelmann's 16 points, Chloe Kruger made three 3-pointers and finished with eleven.  Alta-Aurelia ends their year with a record of 2-20.
