Comments from coach Lindsay Brown, "I’m extremely proud of all the girls today. We dropped time in nearly every event. Melissa Kestel dropped 5.5 seconds and Karley Mills cut 4.5 seconds in the 100 breast. Katie Bryant dropped nearly 5 seconds and Megan Claussen improved by 2.5 seconds in the 100 back. Beth Runneberg cut 4 seconds and Anahi Garcia dropped 3.5 seconds in the 200 free. Kennedy Tate dropped 5 seconds in the 200 IM. Alejandra Rodriguez had a solid day, improving in all her events as she has for the last 4 meets. Emma Jensen swam strong legs in the freestyle relays. Mia Alvarez, Ashely Morelos, Alayna Rice, Sofia Santos, and Tiffany Trujillo all but forth great efforts in their events. Emma Jensen and Kennedy Tate competed in their final meet as Tornadoes. They were great leaders, and it was so helpful to have their positive attitudes and support to get through my first year. We wish them the best of luck next year".
