HLP Shuts Out Mustangs

Harris Lake Park scored on their first four possessions, on the way to a 33-0 win over Newell Fonda in a Week 7 matchup in Newell.  

Lucas Gunderson had touchdown runs of 11 and one yard, and Brody Sohn threw two touchdown passes to Isaac Ihnen, as the Wolves led 26-0 at halftime.  

HLP had 381 yards of offense, compared to 242 for the Mustangs.  Trey Jungers had 75 rushing yards, and 46 passing for Newell Fonda, as they fall to 5-2, and 3-1 in Eight-Player District 1.  The Mustangs play at Remsen St. Mary's next week, which will be broadcast on Mix 101.7.  

Harris Lake Park is now 6-1, 4-1.
