Wanted Everly Man Arrested ; Also Received Drug Possession Charge

An Everly man received a felony drug possession charge last week while he was being arrested on two Clay County warrants for failure to appear in court.

According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year-old Kevin Dillingham was arrested at his residence early in the evening last Tuesday, August 8th. During the arrest, a baggie containing methamphetamine was located on Dillingham’s person.

Dillingham was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine 3rd or Subsequent Offense, a class D felony. He was booked into the Clay County Jail on a five-thousand dollar bond for the methamphetamine possession charge, and a six-hundred dollar bond on the warrants.
