Three more teenagers have been charged in an assault/robbery incident in Storm Lake this week that left a man critically injured.
Further investigation into the incident by Storm Lake police led to three more arrests in the case on Monday evening. 16-year-old Rambo Jacky, 18-year-old Billy Wichep, and 17-year-old Jden Hadley, all of Storm Lake, were each charged with 1st Degree Robbery, a class B felony…Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury, a class C felony…and Rioting, a class D felony. All three were booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a 40-thousand dollar bond.
17-year-old Madson Angawan of Storm Lake was previously charged in connection to the incident. He was booked into the BV County Jail on a 45-thousand dollar bond.
At around 4am on Monday, the four teenagers allegedly assaulted a 23-year-old man outside the apartments at 532 Oates Street, and stole cash from his wallet. The man was seriously injured. He was initially transferred to the Buena Vista Regional Medical Center, and then was taken to another medical facility.
