Street Closure to be in Effect for Chills and Thrills

A section of street will be closed for the annual trick-or-treat event in downtown Storm Lake this coming weekend.

The closure was approved by the council unanimously. Lake Avenue from Railroad Street to 7th Street will be closed to traffic from 9am to noon for Chills and Thrills.

Chills and Thrills is being presented by the City of Storm Lake and Storm Lake United. Several local businesses and organizations will be participating.
