Several Catholic masses and events are planned as part of the 50th anniversary of RAGBRAI, including locally.
Storm Lake St. Mary’s Church and Father Brent Lingle will host a mass on Monday, July 24th starting at 7am. A Spanish mass at the Storm Lake St. Mary’s Church will be held the day before on Sunday, July 23rd from 9am to 11am.
Bike riders will make their way into Storm Lake on Sunday, and department for Carroll the following morning. A news release from the Diocese of Sioux City says riders are invited to post their RAGBRAI photos on social media using the hashtag #4DiocesesCycling4Christ, especially if they are participating in Catholic events or are at churches along the route.
