Storm Lake received a little over three inches of rain during the month of June. On June 26th, Storm Lake got its most rainfall measured outside of the radio stations at 1.68 inches. The least amount of rainfall we received was on the 5th of June at 0.03.
Other days during the month that gathered precipitation were the 7th, 9th, 12th, 18th, and 28th. This does not include today’s potential rain in the area. The total of rain comes to 3.06.
The start of July might receive early rainfall as we are set up for a projected wet/rainy weekend. Tomorrow, there’s anywhere between 30-50% chance of showers and then more possible rain on the 4th of July this Tuesday.
