Storm Lake Police Asking For Public’s Help in Recent Threat Incident

The Storm Lake Police Department is seeking information about a threat incident last week.

According to the Storm Lake Police Department, the incident happened last Tuesday evening, October 17th. Officers were called to the 200 block of East Milwaukee Avenue at around 6:50 that evening regarding a minor victim who reported that a teenager approached them on a bicycle. The teenage suspect allegedly demanded money and threatened to beat up the victim.

The victim described the suspect as a teenager wearing a dark hoodie with white on the sides and riding a gray and green bicycle. The suspect may have been accompanied by another teenager on a bicycle.
