Pack a lunch! Join the fun at the third Naturalist Lunchbox program of the year, this Friday, June 30th at 12pm at South Cove Park in Storm Lake. This event is open for all ages and this week’s topic is turtles. The naturalist will discuss the different species of turtles around Iowa with demonstrations using live educational turtles.
South Cove Park is located along the south shore of Storm Lake at 125 Stoney Point Road. If you plan on attending then contact the BV County Conservation Board by this Wednesday, June 28th by either calling (712)-295-7985 or emailing naturalist@bvcountyparks.com. The program may be canceled if there is a lack of participants.
